Henkel has sold its industrial water treatment business. The buyer is Israeli, but the German link remains.
Israel Chemicals Limited (ICL), which is perhaps best known in the water sector for holding 50% of desalination specialist IDE Technologies, has expanded its activities in the water treatment field by acquiring the industrial water treatment business of Henkel for €60 million.
