Southern Water has revolutionized the way it procures its water treatment chemicals. Kemira is looking to roll out the initiative across Europe.

The reorganization of Southern Water’s chemicals supply chain has saved the company £500,000 over the past year. Chemicals used in water treatment processes are expensive, accounting for £6.5 million a year of Southern’s budget.
