HSBC secures a slice of KAEC

The role of financial advisor on the utility infrastructure work for Saudi Arabia’s mega-city has gone to HSBC. BOO tenders are expected in 2009.

HSBC has been appointed as financial advisor on utility infrastructure work within King Abdullah Economic City, with a mandate that extends to all utility services, including desalination, wastewater treatment, solid waste and power, as well as the associated transmission and distribution networks.
