TRIPOLI SEES THE LIGHT

Things seem to be moving ahead in Libya, both on the water supply front and the desalination front.

On the water supply front, it appears that Libya is joining Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Bahrain in introducing private sector participation in its water sector.
