* The Aqua Resources Fund intends to establish a joint venture with the Ranhill Group to invest in water and wastewater operations in China and Thailand.
Aqua will invest USD12.5 million for a 45% interest in Ranhill Water Technologies (Cayman), while the officers of Ranhill Utilities will pay USD880,000 for a 3.2% interest.
