Suez Environnement has approached the Spanish courts to protect its investment in Aguas de Valencia. It shows just how serious the French company takes the threat of being marginalised.
Suez Environnement has asked a Valencian commercial court to rule on Inversiones Financieras Agval’s buyout of minority shareholders in Aguas de Valencia (AdeV) as it seeks to prevent AdeV delisting as a public company.
