Israel’s Water Authority has been told to speed up plans to expand its existing desal plants. The incumbent operators are understandably rubbing their hands.
The Israeli government is looking at the possibility of fast-tracking an increase in the capacity of three desalination plants, in an attempt to alleviate a growing water shortfall.
