Siemens unveils the new-look USFilter

Siemens is re-aligning its water business to boost international growth. Joergen Ole Haslestad, CEO of the Industry Solutions division, spoke to GWI about his vision for the future.

Siemens Water Technologies is to be reorganised into four business segments, in the first major shake-up since Siemens bought USFilter in 2004. The new structure will see SWT’s 20+ technologyoriented units re-aligned to focus on four specific target areas: industry, municipal, chemical feed and services.
