The Spanish firm has won its fourth municipal concession in Portugal, giving local firms a run for their money.
Aqualia, the water arm of Spanish construction firm FCC, has formally been awarded a €93 million 30-year concession to supply drinking water and wastewater services to the municipality of Elvas in the Alentejo region of Portugal.
