Newly re-elected Spanish prime minister José Luís Rodríguez Zapatero has sacked Cristina Narbona, Spain’s environment minister for the last four years, replacing her with former agriculture minister, Elena Espinosa, who has been given charge of a merged environment, rural and maritime affairs super-ministry.
