Iberdrola has agreed the sale of its 51% stake in Chilean water company Essal to Agbar subsidiary Aguas Andinas for €103.3 million (USD162.8 million). The enterprise value to EBITDA ratio of 11.4 is in line with recent similar operations carried out in the Chilean water market.
