Séché moves to take control of Saur

CDC is looking to offload part of its stake in Saur just one year after buying into the company. 33% owner Séché Environnement wants to boost Saur’s profitability before it commits to the purchase.

Séché Environnement has moved to take operational control of Saur, France’s third-largest water company, by negotiating the purchase of an 18% stake from its strategic partner CDC. Séché has held 33% of Hime, Saur’s holding company, since April 2007, with CDC holding 47% and AXA the remaining 20%.
