Cracks are appearing in the relationship between Suez and AVSA. It could mark the beginning of the end.
After the shareholder meeting on 24 June, Suez issued a statement reaffirming its “long-term commitment to putting its technological, innovatory and human capacity at the service of the employees and shareholders of AVSA”. Suez did not request representation on the board, but raised questions about the technical and financial management of the company.
