“Blue Book” predicts €67bn of investment

The Italian water sector will require nearly €67 billion of investment over the next 30 years, according to a new study. Most of it will have to come from the private sector.

Investments of €66.54 billion will be required over the next 30 years in the Italian water sector, according to a specialist study published in July by Utilitatis, the research arm of operators’ association Federutility.
