The Belgian-Korean consortium has won the latest IWPP project in Abu Dhabi. Next up is Shuweihat 3, which could move forward without a tender.
GdF Suez Energy International has sealed the contract for the USD2.5 billion Shuweihat 2 independent water and power project in Abu Dhabi, with Doosan Heavy Industries signed up to supply the desalination plant.
