Lagos seeks private partner

NIGERIA’S Lagos state government has invited expressions of interest for contracts to upgrade and modernise its water system.

Lagos has been studying privatisation options with a team led by IFC, and including Arthur Andersen, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Deloitte & Touche, Management Systems, Consult 4/Ortech, Haskoning and Stoveland Consult.
