takeover the management of Prague’s water system after winning the competition for a 66% stake in the city’s utility, Prazské vodovody a kanalizace (PVK).

Surprisingly the Anglo/French group paid way over the odds for a majority stake in PVK – the offer price of €174 million was nearly twice that bid...
