Farfana goes to Degrémont

FRENCH WATER TREATMENT GROUP DEGRÉMONT is to build a wastewater treatment plant in the Chilean capital, Santiago for the regional water services utility Emos.

The contract is worth €250 million and will involve the construction of a plant of 8.8m3/sec (760,000m3/d) capacity. The plant will treat wastewater for 3.7 million people – 50% of the population of the capital.
