INFRAMARK set to ramp up after corporate rebrand

Published December 7th, 2017

US water services company Severn Trent – North America has been re-branded as INFRAMARK, following the deconsolidation from its listed UK parent back in June.

The group – headed by CEO Stephane Bouvier – has the most diverse portfolio of water and wastewater operating contracts among the top five contract operators in the sector, serving nearly 300 clients across 19 states.

It has grown both organically and through acquisition since entering the contract ops market back in 1991, and while its largest contracts are in Bridgeport, CT, and Oklahoma City, OK, it also serves a number of small municipal utility districts (MUDs) in Texas.

Going forward, the group will manage its infrastructure management services activities as a separate division from its core water infrastructure operations unit.

Watch out for an in-depth strategic interview with CEO Bouvier in the December issue of Global Water Intelligence magazine.
